General hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, between Monday and Friday

We work with clients in both the public and private sectors to maintain, manage, control and enhance their soft estates. Services cover grass, tree, vegetation, weeds, drainage, fencing, landscaping and consultancy.

About the role of an Administration Assistant

This is a critical role to the business and involves helping consultants, technical managers and directors in completing their workloads. It also involves assisting with quality reviews of technical reports, financial reporting and invoicing as well as reviewing and amending company processes, forms and procedures. You will have the opportunity to accompany specialists on site visits and surveys.

What good looks like for an Administration Assistant:

  • Minimum of an A level qualification, or equivalent in either: Business Studies, Project Management, Accountancy, Quantity Surveying or similar subject, with an interest in the natural environment.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
  • Keen to learn and develop skills
  • UK Driving License
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
