Based at our St Albans Head Office, are currently looking to recruit an Account Consultant for our Wincanton Sainsburys contract
- Running a driving plan, placing between 50-100 drivers daily
- Managing the pool of drivers and client expectations on a daily basis
- Working week will be Tuesday - Saturday08-30 -17-30. Once trained, Saturdays at home, Tuesday to Friday office based

Your New Role
We are currently seeking a Account Consultant to join our busy Logistics Planning team.
As Account Consultant you will work closely with the other consultants and planners to support the team by taking responsibility for managing the logistics and other administrative tasks associated to the clients that are assigned to you.
The Role
- Client relationship management - gaining strong understanding of the client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
- Planning - fulfilment of daily requirements
- Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Maintain databases and internal systems.
- Maintain auditable compliance from the initial registration and repeated requirements.
The Package
- up to £30k (negotiable dependent upon experience)
- Extensive internal and external training package and strong emphasis on career progression and development
About You
- Candidate planning experience is essential, ideally within the Driving/ industrial/warehouse/supply chain & logistics sector or similar.
- Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery
- Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs.
- Full UK driving licence
- Customer service background
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the logistics and transport sector
