Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end AP function from supplier set up through to payment, including: Purchase invoice data entry, Monthly supplier reconciliation, and monthly payments.
- Processing daily invoices.
- Operate and update Rental System
- Provide help and support with day to day office administration tasks.
- Dealing with supplier queries and updating their records/terms/data when necessary.
- Reconciliations of supplier statements.
- Credit Card transaction reconciliations.
- Invoice recharges reconciliations.
- Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting with auditor queries.
- Assisting in processing of payment runs and EFT payments.
- Assisting with AP month end and year end close.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Accounts Technician or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential.
- Strong IT skills, proficiency in MS Office/Excel is essential.
- Experience in Xero accounting software and Bluebird is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to use own initiative, with excellent attention to detail, a must.
