Key Responsibilities




  • Responsible for the end-to-end AP function from supplier set up through to payment, including: Purchase invoice data entry, Monthly supplier reconciliation, and monthly payments.

  • Processing daily invoices.

  • Operate and update Rental System

  • Provide help and support with day to day office administration tasks.

  • Dealing with supplier queries and updating their records/terms/data when necessary.

  • Reconciliations of supplier statements.

  • Credit Card transaction reconciliations.

  • Invoice recharges reconciliations.

  • Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies.

  • Assisting with auditor queries.

  • Assisting in processing of payment runs and EFT payments.

  • Assisting with AP month end and year end close.



 



 



What you'll need to succeed




  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Accounts Technician or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential.

  • Strong IT skills, proficiency in MS Office/Excel is essential.

  • Experience in Xero accounting software and Bluebird is advantageous but not essential.

  • Ability to use own initiative, with excellent attention to detail, a must.
