Administration Assistant

ICTS UK Canine is looking for a motivated, dynamic and reliable person to join as an Administration Assistant, based at our Canine Training Centre in Farndish.

This role will primarily involve administrative tasks, providing essential administrative support to the Operational Management Team, and all aspects of office function.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be forward thinking, positive and have a proactive attitude.

Key skills will include:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and comfortable with the use of online applications.
  • Knowledge of Purchasing, Accounts and HR operations would be highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and speaking communication to enable telephone and email communication.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information


Key responsibilities would involve:

  • Handling Payrolls, holiday tracking and sick reports
  • Raising and Receipting Purchase Orders
  • Client billing/invoicing
  • Handling personal data (GDPR compliance and understanding is essential)
  • Creating and maintaining files, databases, lists, manuals, presentations
  • Supporting the Management Team
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and is kept tidy and to a presentable standard at all times

To succeed in this role, you will also need:

  • Five years’ checkable history and references
  • To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards
