Overview
Administrator required for a new, full-time role in North Tyneside. This is a permanent role.
The Role
This is a varied role and would suit someone with a positive, sleeves up approach. Duties will include basic tasks such as photocopying and filing, updating documents, answering phones and directing calls and using their system to maintain accurate records.
Additionally, there are also some very basic finance tasks, such as entering invoices into the system and calculating hours worked from timesheets.
The Person
Applicants must have strong IT skills and excellent communication skills, as there is an element of finance to the role, they must also be numerate. Furthermore, a bright and positive attitude is also important. Training can be provided for applicants without experience in some of the duties.
Working hours can be 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.
Remuneration
£23,500 to £25,000 per annum
