Under the direction of the Principal and or the Vice Principals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and academic success of their academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Communication: Lead by example, managing middle leaders and pastoral staff to foster a positive school culture.
- Teaching, Learning & Assessment: Contribute to the continuous development of high-quality teaching practices and assessment strategies.
- Evidence-based Approach: Bring a deep understanding of the latest educational research and theory to inspire and develop staff.
- Behaviour & Attitudes: Lead initiatives to promote positive behaviour and attitudes, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The exact responsibilities within behaviour and attitudes will be dependent on the successful candidate's skill set and experience.
