With an impressive project pipeline and a reputation for delivering high-quality builds, they are now seeking a talented and driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

This is an incredible opportunity to work on a £25m Office New Build project in Reading, where you will collaborate with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and take the next step in your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in ensuring the successful commercial management of the project.


• Assist with preparing and submitting monthly CVRs and detailed progress reports.


• Contribute to optimising project valuations and cash flow to meet key financial objectives.


• Work closely with the project team to maintain and fulfil all contractual obligations.


• Gain exposure to managing final accounts for both main and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar Assistant Quantity Surveyor role, ideally with exposure to new build projects.


• A strong desire to progress within the construction industry and achieve full Quantity Surveyor status.


• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.


• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
