Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Central London

Package: £40,000 plus car allowance, travel and bonus

Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor and they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a New Build Commercial project valued up to £80m.

Responsibilities

• Experience working for a UK Main Contractor ideally working within the build sector.


• A good understanding or building regulations and legal obligations


• A good knowledge or construction methods and materials


• Strong mathematical and IT ability


• Good understanding of standard measurement rules


• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge

Requirements

• Assistant Quantity Surveyor must be someone who has surveying/construction experience.


• Degree qualified or working towards.


• Ambitions to grow with the company.


• Experience working within a team
