We are seeking a driven Building Surveyor to provide top-tier surveying services across a variety of projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering cost-effective solutions, maintaining industry standards, and achieving positive results for clients. Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.


• MRICS qualification or membership of another relevant professional body.


• If not chartered looking 8+ years’ experience.


• Experience and knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.


• Proven track record in project management from inception to completion.


• Experience working in a consultancy setting.
