Are you a skilled team leader with experience in an administrative setting? Do you have a proven track record of presenting data to senior stakeholders? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As the BUPA Health Clinic Lead, you will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of BUPA Health Clinics, serving as the primary point of contact for BUPA Doctors and Health Advisors.

This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Sevenoaks Medical Centre, The Royal Tunbridge Wells, and other locations as needed.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit
  • Ensure letters regarding recent visits are dispatched accurately and within designated timeframes
  • Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Act as a chaperone for customers where necessary
  • Produce and present Service KPI’s to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all risks are managed within clinics in line with relevant risk assessments and clinical guidance

Who we are looking for

Essential

  • Have a good standard of general education including GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Extensive administrative and service co-ordination experience
  • Proven experience producing presenting data to senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team

Desirable

  • Hold an A Level in Customer Service (or equivalent).
  • Have experience working in a health care setting.
  • Have experience growing a new service.
