Job Title: Business Development Manager (Dental Sector)

Salary: £40,000 base + commission (5% of contract value, paid in arrears)

Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new leads within the dental sector using your industry knowledge and network.
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into high-value contracts.
- Conduct engaging pre-sales demos showcasing our clients IT and VoIP solutions.
Social Media Presence
- Represent the company prominently on social media platforms to enhance brand recognition and awareness.
- Share insights, answer customer queries, and engage with potential leads on social media.
- Work with the marketing team to create and share content that resonates with dental practice owners and managers.
- Be a visible face of the brand, helping to foster trust and credibility online.
Account Management & Customer Success
- Act as the primary point of contact for dental practices post-sale.
- Oversee post-sales onboarding with support from their internal technical team.
- Conduct client training to ensure they gain maximum value from their solutions.
- Drive upselling opportunities and manage contract renewals.
Collaboration
- Liaise with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide feedback to refine lead quality and customer engagement strategies.
Performance & Reporting
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and other KPIs, including outbound calls/emails and booked demos.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the CEO.
The ideal candidate:
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven, verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in the dental industry is required.
- Skilled at building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Confident using social media to engage with clients and promote a professional brand.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident in conducting virtual demos and engaging with clients on platforms like Teams.
- Willingness to travel for high-value client meetings (expenses covered).
