Carpenter

We are currently looking for Carpenters to work on a large social housing repairs contract in the Portsmouth area. This role will include all aspects of carpentry work, speaking to tenants and planners daily, utilising other skills such as plumbing and carrying out reactive repairs in tenanted properties.

This is a temp to perm position, where you will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks work. 

Duties:

• All aspects of Carpentry


• Using other skills such as Plumbing & Patch Plastering


• Speaking to tenants 


• Using company van & PDA 


• High quality of work

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Carpenter 


• Social housing experience 


• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry 


• Full UK Driving Licence 


• Own tools
