Centre Manager
Salary: £30,000 per annum (Full-Time) + Performance related bonus over 12 months £6,000 + Benefits. Salary review after 9 months probationary period.
Hours: Monday – Thursday between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm + One Weekend Day

About Our Client

Your Role
As the Centre Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, strategic development, and ensure the smooth running of our client’s centre. You will be responsible for:
- Centre Operations – Ensuring smooth, efficient tuition delivery and maintaining an engaging learning environment.
- Team Leadership – Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to maintain high teaching standards.
- Strategic Growth – Identifying new opportunities to expand and improve their services. Identify prospects and convert to clients through marketing.
- Parent & Student Engagement – Building strong relationships with parents and motivating students.
- Financial & Administrative Management – Overseeing budgets, ensuring financial sustainability, and managing centre logistics.
What They’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business)
- 5+ years of administration experience
- 4+ years of team management experience
- Project management skills
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of driving business growth
- Sales and Marketing experience
