We are looking for an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor to deliver high-quality surveying services across a diverse range of projects. You will play a key role in ensuring value for money, compliance with industry standards, and successful outcomes for clients. Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.


• MRICS qualification or membership of another relevant professional body.


• Experience and knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.


• Proven track record in project management from inception to completion.


• Experience working in a consultancy setting.
