Join a leading Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management Consultancy.
Details: Monday to Friday, Pension 7%, Company Allowance, 31 Days Holiday, Flexible / Hybrid Working arrangements, Progression to Associate.
Day to Day: Leading, oversee and manage costs on large scale and minor projects across the UK and Ireland. Assisting with the compilation of bids for public sector opportunities and seeking and growing opportunities within the private sector.
Requirements:
- Degree educated Quantity Surveyor with MRICS Chartered Status.
- 5+ years post Chartership experience.
- Experience within a client side / consultancy environment.
- Competent in contract administration in UK and ROI.
- Track record of leading on decision making within project delivery.
- Full drivers’ licence and proficient on MS Office and Teams.
