Contracts Manager – Water Infrastructure

A leading civil engineering company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of waste and clean water infrastructure projects, including pipelines and pumping stations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of critical projects by managing contracts, minimising risks, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5+ years' relevant experience, or 15+ years' industry experience.


• Proven experience in the water industry, managing multiple sites while meeting and exceeding financial and programme targets.


• Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and experience managing safety aspects on large construction projects.


• Familiarity with NEC3 contracts and their commercial application.


• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project (or similar), and CAD.


• Full driving licence and relevant industry training certifications.
