About the Role
We are seeking a talented Civil's Site Manager with a strong engineering background and a proven track record in civil construction projects. You will take the lead on-site, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of ground beams and piling works, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and coordinate ground beams and piling construction processes.
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in ground beams and piling.
- A proven track record in site management within the civil engineering sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
- Full UK driving license.
