Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Home based with travel as required 

SUMMARY 

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of our client success, fostering strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and driving growth across multiple services. Your expertise will help Medigold Health be recognised as a trusted partner, with your proactive approach to understanding client needs, resolving queries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You'll play a pivotal role in upselling and cross-selling, identifying new opportunities to add value to our clients while meeting targets. You will also ensure client contracts are renewed successfully and work closely with teams across the business to drive revenue growth. Your commercial acumen will help you manage account profitability and promote positive client experiences, contributing to the continued success of Medigold Health.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE 

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Relationship Management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, effective across verbal, written, and phone interactions with all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior managers, directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Skilled in influencing key decision-makers both internally and externally.
  • Excellent time and diary management, with the ability to work remotely and travel for client meetings, site visits, and work-from-home arrangements.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Must hold a full, clean driving license and be willing to travel.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

Client Duties

  • Represent Medigold Health as a trusted partner, consistently promoting its services and value proposition.
  • Execute a strategic contact plan to build relationships with key stakeholders and promote growth.
  • Understand client needs and proactively recommend additional services to address gaps or add value.
  • Actively identify, pitch, and close opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Medigold Health services in line with key targets.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction.
  • Monitor SLA delivery to ensure it meets client expectations and supports long-term account retention.
  • Resolve client queries and escalations promptly, showcasing responsiveness to build trust and loyalty.

Commercial Duties

  • Drive client contract renewals, ensuring terms align with sales objectives and strategic goals.
  • Maintain detailed and actionable Salesforce records, focusing on tracking sales progress and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments while leveraging interactions to explore revenue growth.
  • Continuously analyse account profitability and implement strategies to enhance revenue and margins.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and actively work to exceed sales targets.

Additional Duties

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, focusing on identifying future sales potential.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to secure third-party services that enhance the client experience and drive additional revenue streams.
  • Contribute to business projects with a focus on increasing client engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Support the Director - Client Services by delivering insights and ideas for revenue generation and client satisfaction.
  • Promote the company’s values and vision, highlighting its competitive advantages to clients.
  • Act as a role model by contributing to a high-performance sales-driven culture.
  • Proactively share ideas to improve the client experience and identify new business opportunities.
