As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Home Manager with operational duties.


• Mentoring and training junior staff.


• Contributing to staff appraisals and interviews when needed.
