Commercial Administrator – East Belfast – up to £28,000 (Interviewing Next Week)

A key role in a successful Fire & Security Services Company based in East Belfast has opened. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Duties:

• Act as point of contact for clients and customers


• Scheduling technicians to calls/repairs


• Calculating invoices when work is completed


• Preparation of quotes for customers


• Assist with the preparation of maintenance contracts/tenders

Criteria:

• Experience role in a similar role is essential


• Well-mannered and friendly disposition


• Ability to prioritise workload
