Our client is seeking to add an experienced Civil Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to their already established team, who is a natural leader, to ensure that all commercial aspects of their contracts are properly managed, from tender to final account.

Day to Day:

• Civil Engineering estimating.


• Civil Engineering measurement.


• Contract management of small works.


• Producing CVRs and cashflows.


• Change management and claims.


• Procurement of materials and sub-contractors.

Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with 10+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering.


• Computer literate, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.


• Strong understanding of construction costs, budgeting, and financial analysis.


• Standard Forms of Contract, FIDIC and NEC, and Standard Methods of Measurement.


• Experience in contract administration, tendering, procurement, and cost management.
