Reactive Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager based in Belfast or the surrounding area.

Seeking a Commercial Manager / Senior QS to become a valued member of their commercial team, and to use your skills and experience to deliver projects successfully in line with commercial budgets and forecasts.

Day to day:

• Take ownership of allocated projects and ensure their commercial success.


• Prepare costs to complete and rolling cashflows.


• Process applications for interim payments from subcontractors.


• Prepare and process payments for the supply chain.


• Preparation of CVR for each project under your remit.


• Preparing and agreeing the project final accounts.

Experience:

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.


• 5 to 10 years Quantity Surveying experience.


• Previous experience in Civils / Telecoms / Electrical Engineering.


• A good working knowledge of NEC / JCT / Bespoke Contracts.


• IT proficiency across all Microsoft packages and project accounts software packages.
