Family owned construction business delivering high end and bespoke residential projects including extensions, new builds and conversions. Work is primarily gained from architects and through word of mouth from strong reputation and recommendation.

Role

This opportunity works closely with the owner, responsible for pricing projects and cost management throughout delivery stages, able to handle and form solid relationships with clients. 

Experience Required

This position requires a strong commercial skill set and a background in either estimating or quantity surveying within the building construction sector.
