Our client, a prominent building services consultancy operating across the UK and Ireland, is seeking a Commissioning Manager to join their expanding team.
The job in a nutshell:
- Oversee the commissioning process for MEP systems, ensuring all installations meet design specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules.
- Conduct thorough testing, inspections, and performance validations of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues during the commissioning phase, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Deliver final handover documentation, including system manuals, test results, and training materials, to clients and facility operators.
Should you apply?
- Must have on site construction experience.
- Contracts management experience.
- Experience in handing over projects at completion.
- Must be willing to travel across the UK.
