Complex Care Assistant - Birkenhead & Wirral
Pay rate: £13.65 - £14.65
We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to our clients in and around the Birkenhead & Wirral areas (CH43, CH41, CH46, CH49).
You’ll be providing care and support to clients whose individual needs include
- Tracheostomy
- Peg feeding
- Ventilator support
- Mobility support
- Personal Care
- Bowel Management
Shifts available:
- 12 hour shifts from 8am to 8pm Or 8am to 2pm / 2pm to 8pm
- 12 hour shifts from 8pm to 8am Or 8pm to 2am / 2am to 8am
- 11 hour shifts from 9am to 8pm
Whilst it is essential you have some experience of providing care to those with complex needs, we do provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme for the specific skills required, which is overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the nurse-led team. We are looking for someone who has excellent people skills, is a great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

- You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
