Construction / Project Administrator – Ballymena region



 




  • Working closely with the design & project management team

  • Creating, updating and reviewing project documents

  • Creating document templates

  • Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality

  • Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy

  • Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements

  • Help at the planning stage of specified projects

  • Ensure the timely distribution of documents and drawings to all relevant project personnel

  • Creation of and issuing out of the O&M / H&S file upon completion of projects in line with the Contract timelines.



 



What we are looking for…




  • 2 + years experience in a comparable role

  • Understanding of document control systems

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

  • Strong administration experience

  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is desirable
