They are looking to hire a Site Manager with a strong Residential / Commercial background.



This position is full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 30 Day Leave, Van, Annual Bonus.



Day to day: Instrumental role in the Project and Contracts Management of Projects.




  • Responsibility for overseeing the day to day running of both the live & upcoming projects.

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate terms and resolve any disputes that may arise.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets as outlined in contracts.

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and compliance with contractual specifications.

  • Maintain accurate records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence related to each project.

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all contractual obligations are met.



Experience & Qualifications:




  • 10+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager.

  • Residential and Commercial experience essential.

  • Good BCAR and Contract Knowledge in the Irish Market.

  • Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel.

  • A full driving licence and relevant site cards.
