Contract Manager (Fit-Out)

Lisburn including UK / ROI Travel

£65k to £75k

Day to Day:

• Review Contract details, Tender documents, and Pre-construction information.


• Review tender programme and create construction programme.


• Initiate site mobilisation and oversee site set up is implemented.


• Hold Pre-start meetings with sub-contractors.


• Liaise closely with the project QS and Site manager to ensure cost control.


• Manage approved sub-contractors to ensure health and safety is adhered to.


• Monitor live projects for Quality of work, cost, and programme implications.


• Attend project meetings and create regular progress reports.


• Control and oversee the snag and de-snag of projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager in Fit-Out Projects.


• Be commercially aware to ensure the project is delivered as efficiently as possible.


• Exercise a positive attitude to ensure client requirements are achieved.


• Good contractual knowledge with JCT & D&B Contracts.


• Experienced with CDM Health & Safety and O&M Manuals.


• Able to travel to projects once a week.
