They are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Tax Assistant Manager in their Cardiff office!

Corporate Finance Tax Assistant Manager responsibilities include:

• Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other members of the management team


• Attending due diligence meetings with clients


• Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders


• Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients

As a Corporate Finance Tax Assistant Manager, you will be/have:

• ACA or CTA qualified


• Over 4 years’ Tax Experience


• Experience managing clients


• Strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues


• Exposure to working on Deals Tax


• Experience with leading projects and supervising less experienced colleagues
