They are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Tax Associate Director in their Cardiff office!

Corporate Finance Tax Associate Director responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, and being a main point of contact


• Leading on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services


• Highlighting key tax risks arising and advise on tax warranties and indemnities required


• Co-ordinating, developing and delivering tax due diligence reviews on target businesses and for vendor due diligence assignments

As a Corporate Finance Tax Associate Director, you will be/have:

• ACA or CTA qualified


• Over 7 years’ Deals Tax Experience


• Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues


• Experience with client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries                    


• Staff management experience
