They are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Tax Manager in their Cardiff office!

Corporate Finance Tax Manager responsibilities include:

• Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other members of the management team


• Leading due diligence meetings with clients


• Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders


• Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients

As a Corporate Finance Tax Manager, you will be/have:

• ACA or CTA qualified


• Over 5 years’ Deals Tax Experience including


• Experience managing a portfolio of clients dealing with the compliance and advisory


• Experience on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
