We’re seeking a skilled and personable Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Sevenoaks Medical Clinic. In this role, your exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, will be key in delivering a positive experience to our patients and visitors.

As part of the role, you'll be responsible for greeting patients, handling administrative tasks, and providing support across various departments, including the Reception and Outpatients Departments. Your administrative expertise will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while your ability to engage with people with empathy and professionalism will make a real difference to those you interact with.

Role Responsibilities include:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:

  • Welcome all patients, and visitors, to the Centre and provide direction to relevant departments.
  • Respond appropriately to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Ensure that patient correspondence is dealt with appropriately and in accordance with service quality standards including GDPR.
  • Manage patient appointments, ensuring patient records are accurate.

Person Specification:

Essential

  • Previous experience within a high-end hospitality or administration environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good IT skills including Word and Excel

Desirable

  • Previous experience as an administrator in a clinical environment.
