We’re seeking a skilled and personable Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Sevenoaks Medical Clinic. In this role, your exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, will be key in delivering a positive experience to our patients and visitors.
As part of the role, you'll be responsible for greeting patients, handling administrative tasks, and providing support across various departments, including the Reception and Outpatients Departments.
