Main Duties
- Inbound/outbound customer service calls
- Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints
- Corresponding with customers over the phone via telephone and emails
- Identify a customer needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement
- Dealing with after sale queries and issues
- Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication
- Data entry into the in-house system
Knowledge and Skills
- Call centre or non-customer-facing customer service experience essential
- An excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills, must be both written and verbal.
- Ability to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles
- Able to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment
- Team player, organised and strong attention to detail.
