We specialise in the affordable housing, social care, and health sectors in Wales. Due to the recent implementation of the new Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst.
You willmaintain, monitor, and report on the asset data held on our Housing Management systems whilst also interpreting data research and analysis of asset, housing management and financial information. You will also play an active role in progression stock optimisation projects.
