The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home.
- Lead and mentor the nursing and care team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
- Oversee clinical practices, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Assist with staff management, appraisals, and ongoing training and development.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.

What You Need
- A valid NMC pin.
- Experience in a senior nursing or management role (dementia care experience preferred).
