Despatch Manager (FMCG)



£45k to £50k + benefits



Lurgan



Day shift, Monday to Friday working within a leading FMCG producer and supporting the Planning & Logistics Manager through managing the entire operations of all finished products from storage to timely delivery of correct products to customers whilst adhering to company’s rules, regulations and polices as well as strict Hygiene, and Health & Safety rules.



Leading the Despatch team by example and ensure that you and your team are adhering to all company policies and procedures in relation to Product Quality, Food Safety and Integrity. Be a driver of productivity, efficiencies, setting standards of accuracy and presentation. 



What we are looking for…




  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, ideally within a food or similar

  • Comfortable working with warehouse management systems, MS Office etc

  • Demonstrable ability to drive performance and colleague development

  • Health Safety / Food Safety qualification is desirable
