We have an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Business Development to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The location of this role can be flexible, but you will need to travel to locations across England, Wales, NI and Scotland as and when required.
The Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the charity’s Personal Support Services across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Executive Director of Personal Support (England), you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, retaining existing services, reprovisioning services, and filling voids. A key part of this role will be developing strong relationships with local and national partners, commissioners, service purchasers, and housing providers.
You will develop a close working relationship with the Executive Director of Inclusive Communities and Partnerships and Directors of Wales and Northern Ireland to understand how services can be developed in those nations. You will be able to work in a flexible way to meet the demands of the different contexts and commissioning environments while delivering to organisational standards.
