ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER 

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is one of the most dynamic refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service providers in Europe.

They have successfully been in business for a number of years delivering innovative products and services, and market-leading refrigeration technology to the retail and commercial markets and have an array of large blue-chip clients.

JOB PURPOSE

Design of electrical services under the supervision of a senior engineer. This includes all electrical services for a variety of project portfolios utilizing relevant software packages, such as Revit, AutoCAD, DIALux. Where appropriate, necessary training will be given.

JOB SPECIFICATION 

• Integrating with the current design team
• Working on a variety of engineering projects across the spectrum of commercial and industrial buildings
• A good understanding of the company’s products & services.
• Working with others at a similar level within the business.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 

• Have experience in a similar role, or practical experience, with a desire to move into an office based role.
• Preferably obtained one of the following qualifications: C&G 2396, BTEC National Diploma, HNC/HND, foundation degree, bachelor’s degree, or any level 3+ qualification in Electrical engineering or Building Services.
• Have a strong interest in electrical engineering and an understanding of Building Services Engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Have the drive to improve and learn new skills.
• Approachable, open and able to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

SALARY/BENEFITS

Salary - £40K Per Annum

22 Days Holiday (Increasing by length on service to 25 plus bank holidays)
