Our client is a leading maintenance, construction, electrical & mechanical services company who offer a wide range of solutions to a wide range of FM clients.

Due to growth and expansion, they are looking for an experienced Electrical & Small Works Manager to work in the Lichfield / Staffordshire area.

To succeed in this role, you should have a trade or skilled background, a passion for customer service, and a full driving licence. Supervisory experience and IT skills are required.

JOB RESPONISILITIES

Daily deployment, scheduling and supervision of engineers and subcontractors.
Maintaining health and safety compliance at all job sites.
Verifying risk assessments and method statements.
Handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Meeting clients, assessing works and preparing estimates and quotes.
Ensuring job completion within priorities and budgets.
Quality control of engineers and subcontractors.
Collaborating with the Contract Support team.
Splitting your time between office work and site visits with approximately 60% of your role being office-based and 40% on site visits.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Do you have a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installation or part 1/part 2 in previous years
Do you have an ECS Gold Card?
Do you have your 18th Edition Regulations
Team Management experience
Small works or FM project experience

SALARY & BENEFITS

A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £37,500.00-£41,500.00 per annum.
