They are looking for an employment solicitor to work independently within their Southampton office.
Duties:
- Advising on all aspects of employment law.
- Offer expert advice to clients on resolving workplace disputes and negotiating settlement agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and other related documentation.
- Keeping up to date with employment law updates and all legal and regulatory developments.
Desired Skills:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law (minimum 5 years PQE essential).
- Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
- Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
- Excellent technical and client care skills.
- Business development and networking skills.
What they offer:
- Salary dependent on experience £40,000 - £50,000.
