Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in Belfast. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates for projects involving doors, access control systems, specialist glazing, and partitions. Responsibilities include analysing project requirements, conducting detailed material and labour cost assessments, and delivering precise project estimates within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for a range of building solutions.


• Analyse project plans, specifications, and requirements.


• Conduct material and labour cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align estimates with project goals.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, building codes, and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in construction estimating and cost analysis.


• Familiarity with building materials, industry codes, and standards.


• Strong analytical and numerical skills.


• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.


• A relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous.
