Facilities Coordinator Administrator

The International Business Administration Department/Facilities Management Section is looking for a full time Facilities Coordinator Administrator to provide support to the team. This dynamic role serves the greater IHQ building and requires a significant degree of confidentiality.

Position: VAC0114 Facilities Coordinator/Administration

Location: London (hybrid working considered after probation period)

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week 

Salary: £26,349 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3700 pa

Contract: Permanent

Benefits: Contributory pension scheme; generous travel to work allowance; 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays per annum, café discount.

About the Role 

The successful candidate will work within the FM team to coordinate and support various Facilities Management tasks, including, but not limited to, managing room booking requests, conference room set-ups, desk moves and general post room duties.

About You 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in an office setting

• Experience with Microsoft Software Suite 

• Experience with NetSuite and /or generating purchase orders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good organizational and time management skills
