Providing high-quality care in a warm, homely environment for elderly residents, including those with dementia and complex health needs, you can take pride in delivering compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence, and respect.

Your Role: As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with daily living activities, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. You’ll work alongside our dedicated nursing team to help with personal care, assist with mobility, provide companionship, and support residents in maintaining their dignity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Assist residents with personal care and wellbeing.

•    Support with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety.

•    Help with meal assistance and feeding as required.

•    Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.

•    Help with maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

About You:

•    Previous experience in care within nursing/care homes.

•    Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to patients and their needs.

•    Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others within the team.

•    Right to work in the UK
