Financial Services Administrator

the role.



This is a newly created role in this welcoming and welcoming-led financial service practice. You will be joining to support a new financial advisor and assist the other administrators/advisors when required. We cant speak highly enough of this company, based in a lovely location…….. you will need to drive to get here. Day to day, your role will be:-

• Scanning, filing, franking and preparing post


• Answering calls, assisting and taking messages


• Updating the internal ‘task management system


• Managing appointments and greeting visitors


• Preparing client letters and illustrations


• Requesting plan information and assisting in preparing for client meetings


• Producing portfolios for clients


• On-line submissions of pension and investment applications


• Fund switch trading on investment platforms

They operate hybrid working after your probation, 2 days at home and 3 days in office and you will be given everything you need to be successful in this role. what were looking for.

We need 2 years of experience in a similar role. We can consider someone with only mortgage experience, but experience with investments and pensions would be advantageous. Of course, attention to detail is vital here, along with a customer and team-focused attitude. Professional email/letter writing as well as excellent IT skills are a must.
