FINISHING MANAGER  WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN WARWICK

Job Title: Finishing Manager   

Location: Warwick  

Day Rate: £260-£280   

Contract length: End of march 2025

Overview of Finishing Manager role:

We are seeking an experienced Finishing manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in snagging tasks and possess a keen eye for detail to help close the new build project .

Responsibilities for Finishing Manager role:

- Manage and supervise the finishing team to achieve production targets

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow

- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the finishing area

- Monitor inventory levels of finishing supplies and equipment

- Train new employees on finishing processes and procedures

Requirements for Finishing Manager role:

SMSTS, CSCS Card (supervisor / manager), Asbestos awareness, and first aid at work.
