Are you an experienced Site Foreman looking for a rewarding opportunity in Belfast? This is a fantastic chance to lead and deliver a high-quality, private residential project from start to finish.

Role Overview:

As Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the smooth running of operations, maintaining high standards, and delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities and personnel.


• Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure targets are met.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.


• Maintain strict adherence to Health and Safety standards on-site.


• Oversee quality control to ensure the highest construction standards.


• Organise materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.


• Maintain detailed site records and daily reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman, ideally within private residential construction.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.


• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.


• Valid driving license.
