Our client, a formwork contractor who work throughout Northern Ireland are looking to add a Formwork Site Supervisor to their team.

Day to Day:

• Manage Formwork Operations: Supervise the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of formwork systems according to engineering drawings and project specifications.


• Team Leadership: Direct daily activities of formwork crews, provide training, and motivate staff to achieve high productivity and safety standards.


• Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on formwork installations; enforce adherence to health and safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.


• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate work schedules, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project.


• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and incident records; report on project status and material usage to management.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience supervising site operations in the construction industry.


• Shuttering / Carpentry / Groundworks background.


• Must hold a full UK driving license and valid CSR cards.
