Role Overview:
As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.
- Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies.
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.

- £600 loyalty bonus in month 6 from the start date if the employee is still with us
- ANOTHER £600 loyalty bonus in month 12 from the start date
- After 12 months, recruited Operatives will be eligible for a £300 performance bonus every 3 months – in line with all other trained Operatives in Class One
Trainee
- £200 loyalty bonus in month 6 from the start date if the employee is still with us

Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in UK
- Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for over 10 months
Desirable but not essential:
- Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2).
