Grounds Maintenance Operative

Our client is looking for a Grounds Maintenance operative to provide these services to commercial developers, sites, and private domestic clients within the Fairoak, Southampton, Waterlooville, Portsmouth & Clanfield area.  You will be working in an ever-growing team that provides work on small, medium and large projects.  Must have experience in grounds maintenance landscaping. driving is beneficial. This is a permanent position, you will be paid for 7.5 hours per day, salary depends on experience.

Duties will include:

• Grounds Maintenance
• Maintaining the large sites
• General maintenance
• Keeping the sites maintained to a high standard
• Grass Cutting
• Lawn Mowing
• Flowerbeds
• Other landscaping and small building work duties are also undertaken

Requirements:

• CSCS Card (Preferred – can be provided for the right person)
• Driving License is a must
• Experience in grounds maintenance
• Experience in landscaping
• Well presented
• Good customer service
• Hard working
• Reliable
