Equally, you must be passionate about making a difference and working collaboratively with our stakeholders to influence and drive meaningful change in the organisation.
You'll be the glue between FP&A, Product, Operations, and Business Development, driving high-impact strategic projects and implementing the systems we need to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Build systems and a data-driven performance approach for our social care operations alongside our Chief Care Officer, drawing out insight and paint a story based on often ambiguous data
Manage reporting requirements for external stakeholders including Cera’s board and potential investors
Build out operational analytics and best-in-class systems and tools alongside our data and product team
Build and maintain a best-in-class commercial account management system alongside our business development team to optimise tenders, bids, and revenue growth
Drive Cera’s strategy across healthcare and social care as we build out our proposition to move more healthcare into the home
Drive adoption of Gen AI, systems thinking & automations across different teams
About You
Experience: 4+ years leading in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ambition: Wants as a next step to build a company, run a major division, or step into a principal role at a top VC.
Relentless drive to solve hard problems, with proof you’ve done this before
You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner and can show an evident entrepreneurial characteristic about yourself and professional experience
Able to deal with ambiguity: You must have demonstrable ability to shift gears and work independently to balance varying priorities
Bravery in having perspective: Ability to drive towards an outcome and taking a perspective under pressure
Surprisingly Influential: Persuade key stakeholders and large teams to adopt new processes and effectively address challenges
Nice to have: Direct experience in a fast- growth innovative healthcare or social care company, able to directly interrogate databases (SQL/Python/LookML), comfortable building PoC low-code apps.
